Yauatcha is not really a chocolate shop. It’s a dim sum and tea house but at the front they have a long counter of patisserie and at the end of this counter, a range of chocolates. Made in-house with Valrhona chocolate, they are available by weight £7.50/100g or in some pretty boxes. Actually this makes it one of the cheapest fresh chocolates made with high quality to chocolate to be found in London.
I liked the salted caramel with a whole hazelnut; the praline and the cherry very much.
I have had cakes and dim sum there too, but not for years. It was delicious. You would expect so, it does have a Michelin star.
