Opened in 2011 by Pierre Cluizel, son of Michel Cluizel, this is a chocolate concept store with four main public rooms: the boutique, the restaurant, the lounge and the training kitchen. It is gorgeous. Modern and with attention to the finest detail. The staff are passionate and friendly and there are enough that speak excellent English. The desserts and pastries here are incredible.
