One of London’s oldest chocolate shops, Prestat was established in 1902 (although not in its current location).
In 1975, Prestat was awarded a Royal Warrant as Purveyors of Chocolates to Her Majesty The Queen, something which they display proudly in their window now, but it was current owners, half brothers Bill Keeling and Nick Crean who were responsible for the brightly coloured decor and packaging we have now.
The shop in Princes Arcade is quite small, but packed with a full range of Prestat products, from their Choxi+ bars to fresh truffles. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
