François Payard is a third generation French Pastry Chef. He used to work with Daniel Boulud and in 2010 opened his first bakery in New York. There are now 3 bakeries and two patisseries. The 3rd Avenue shop is the Flagship.
This shop also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
