“Devoted to chocolates from around the world. Peter Nottingham started the shop in June 2012 to bring the many award winning chocolates that existed to the West Midlands. He also wanted to provide award winning fresh loose chocolates, with their clean tastes and no “gunk” added. A number of Defaba own boxes were developed and, utilising the skills of Belgian patiserrie chef and chocolatier Philip Maes, the unique Diamante fresh chocolate range was created. “
