Founded in 2008 by three from the fashion world: Joel Bernstein, Walid al Damirji and Serena Rees, this beautifully decorated pair of shops has been turning out delicious chocolates since day one in a location further down the road. In 2009 they moved to the current location and added a bakery section to the shop, as well as places to sit and wile away the afternoon.
Chocolates and cakes are displayed on beautiful, unusual china with lots of wood and antique style curiosities in the room.
My personal favourite is a very moreish chocolate and pistachio croissant. Everything is baked fresh on site. This means it’s not cheap but it is good quality.
Signature Chocolate
Bramley Apple Chocolate or the Pistachio & Chocolate croissant.

I stopped here for a very delicious hot chocolate on the way to an evening out in the area. Very nice it was too. I liked the large communal table and friendly service. I didn’t buy anything else from the shop, though the wide range of chocolates and pastries looked appealing.
