Paul A. Young (Person)
Paul Young is a Chocolatier/Patissiere with three shops in the heart of London. He is known for his creative and imaginative flavours using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Paul was head pastry chef for Marco Pierre White at Quo Vadis before opening his first shop in Islington with business partner James Cronin in 2006. A year later, a second shop in the City of London was opened, and in June 2011, Paul opened his third shop in the heart of Soho.
