Barry Johnson (Person)
Barry is head chocolatier at Rococo Chocolates. He took the position after Rococo’s award winning chocolatier Laurent Couchaux left to return to his native France.
He comes straight from The Dorchester Collections, Coworth Park, a 5 star hotel with a Michelin starred restaurant where he was chocolatier. Before that he spent a few years travelling and working around the world. Barry has also been Head Pastry chef at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel and earlier in his career worked for Raymond Blanc and Harrods.
